Timeshare Claims
The timeshare Law is a very detailed and specific law which was introduced to protect consumers and offer them legal redress against companies who worked outside this law but sadly the number of Timeshare companies who blatantly flaunt this law is reflected in the vast number of clients we are currently representing.
Timeshare companies continue to issue defective contracts, they continue to apply high pressure sales techniques and sadly they continue to sell clients a product that falls way short of the promises they make at point of sale. Many of our clients feel reluctant to pursue a claim against the companies who have defrauded them out of thousands of Euros. - "When you no longer want your timeshare week don't worry because we will buy it back from you for the price you paid"
- "Until then we will rent out your weeks for you until they are sold"
- "Your maintenance fees will never increase - only in line with inflation"
- "You only need to buy a one bedroom apartment because you can always exchange into a 2 bedroom apartment at no extra cost"
- "It's not actually written in the contract but you can trust us"
- "We provide you interest free finance for the first 6 months, and after that we will sell your weeks anyway"

- Did you sign a finance agreement either with the resorts own finance facility or with an independent finance company?
- During the sales presentation did you experience any pressure, miss-representation or unfulfilled promises?
- Did you have to pay any deposit at point of sale or during the following 14 day cooling off period?
